Seventy-two percent of workers over the age of 60 who are putting off retirement are doing so because they can’t afford it, according to a survey by Careerbuilder.com, a career resources website.
There’s going to be a lot of empty chairs on the beach in the coming years.

This CNN Money article spells it all out. Read it and then consider who you know that is nearing retirement. Engage them in a conversation about their plans and then simply ask them, “Have you considered the possibility of creating a small, additional residual income by starting a home based business?”
